Wynn Montgomery

Since first listening to the stories told by his grandparents in rural Georgia, Wynn Montgomery has marveled at the power of stories as entertainment and as training tools. He believes that all of us love stories and that we are better communicators when we tell stories.

Wynn is an active member of two local groups of volunteer classroom storytellers (Broomfield Spellbinders and St. Vrain Valley Storytellers) and a trainer of new volunteers. He is also a member of Rocky Mountain Storytelling. While “isolating in place” during Covid, Wynn compiled a collection of his stories into a limited-edition book called “Pop” Tales & Other Stories for his family, friends, and fellow storytellers. He loves to share folk tales, fables, historical tales, personal/family stories, and an occasional tall tale. He loves stories with a “twist.” For examples of his stories, visit https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLly7Gkc5oln2RkQbfkfFlA.
